ARROW ANIMAL HOSPITAL is Hiring an Associate Veterinarian Near Los Lunas, NM

Arrow Animal Hospital in Los Lunas, NM is looking for a full or part time Associate Veterinarian to join our practice. We seek to provide a laid back atmosphere while striving to focus on gold standard medical care with emphasis on preventative medicine and exceptional customer service. We also emphasize the importance of having a healthy work/life balance and would do our best to ensure your schedule allows you the time to do things you enjoy outside of work.

Our doctors lead our progressive, skilled medical team and follow our core values with solution focused, positive, can-do attitudes. Our ideal candidate will come to the hospital each day and excel at comprehensive diagnostics, client education, and execution of the client’s requests once they have a full picture of their pet’s health/options. We treat all members of our team with respect and encourage ongoing education. Our compensation package is generous and an experienced Veterinarian working an average of 36-40 hours a week can potentially earn $150k or more per year. Our benefits include health insurance, matched IRA, paid CE, DEA and license fees and many other perks!

Ability to perform dentals including extractions, soft tissue surgery, and the capability to perform orthopedic procedures is preferred but we are also willing to consider and mentor new grads. We can offer additional training and/or equipment with interest. We have digital radiography and do comprehensive digital dental x-rays on all dental patients. Other equipment we have include ultrasound, IDEXX lab equipment, and a surgical laser. We are located in the quickly growing village of Los Lunas just south of Albuquerque. We have a large base of clients in the Valenica county area along with a growing base of clients from the metro area that feel our exceptional care and service are worth the quick commute south. Los Lunas is about 15 minutes south of Albuquerque and offers a small town feel while being close to all the amenities available in the big city. The Sandia mountains have lots to offer for outdoor enthusiasts and there are plenty of options for great food and entertainment in the area as well. It's a great spot to enjoy the outdoors and we strive to ensure everyone who works here has time available to do what they love outside of work.
