We are seeking an experienced and hardworking receptionist with a passion for the beauty industry who is ambitious to grow with the brand.

Salary based on Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact with salon clients, displaying knowledge of company promotions, products, services, and general salon information.
• Greet each customer with professionalism, check their coat, and escort them through the salon.
• Assist in day-to-day salon operations, including but not limited to:
• Building relationships with clientele, ensuring a great experience for every guest
• Answering telephones
• Taking payments
• Inventory control and management
• Manage inquiries and bookings on the master calendar
• Schedule appointments

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year working in a hair salon or 2 years in customer service
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with clients and coworkers
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge of salon scheduling software preferred.

• Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
