Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest & Termite Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of pest control techniques and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations

- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation

- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property

- Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and effectively

- Install traps, baits, and other pest control devices as needed

- Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest infestations

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to drive to various locations throughout the day

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: $38,387.00 - $51,660.00 per year
