Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a contract basis at our facility in Indianapolis, IN, 46260.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately in patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
