To excel in this LPN position at ARRC One, you'll need a diverse set of skills to provide exceptional care to our residents. You must be proficient in administering medications under a doctor's supervision and capable of assisting with patient mobility tasks alongside the nursing team. Attention to detail is essential as you monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any changes.
Your ability to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents, including handling routine patient hygiene tasks, will be crucial. With strong communication skills, you'll collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and report any unusual situations promptly. Prior work experience, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a valid Practical Nurse State Nursing License, and up-to-date credentials and immunizations are required to thrive in this role.
