Position Summary:
The Finance Leader will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and overseeing all aspects of finance, human resources and legal affairs. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with Arraya's objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making by the executive team and the practice leaders.
• Monitor financial controls and risk management measures to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance profitability, maximize cash flow, and support sustainable growth.

Human Resources Management:

• Lead the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to HR practices.

Legal and Compliance Oversight:

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight on legal matters, including contracts, agreements, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary to address complex legal issues and mitigate legal risks.
• Ensure the company's operations and practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

• MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (10 years) in a senior financial leadership role, with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• 5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices, with experience leading HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the company's industry and operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
