Role: Shop Floor Supervisor

Rate: $27/hr. - $33/hr

Schedule: M-F, 7am-5pm ( Saturdays as assigned)

Location: Saginaw, TX

Summary:

The primary function of this role is to ensure that our shop floor is adhering to standard procedures (as defined by ISO:9001) and that inventory levels are accurate.

Responsibilities:

Enforcing compliance of company's ISO:9001 work instructions as they apply to the shop floor.

Conducting routine cycle counts to increase inventory accuracy.

Monitoring inventory levels and placing replenishment requests as needed.

Overseeing the receipt of all inbound inventory and the shipping of all outbound inventory.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English, Spanish)

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Experience in a CRM and/or ERP system is preferred (Salesforce, Insightly, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)

A willingness to work overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour
