Description:
Actalent is seeking Electronic Assembly Technician to support customer in Reston, VA.
Day to Day:
- Working with 3 other technician in calibration lab.
- Perform assembly of customer products, including circuit boards, sensors, mechanical parts, and wiring
- Perform repair and maintenance of customer product under microscope. Product is the size of a quarter.
- Testing and maintaining quality records and procedures accordance with ISO9001
Skills:
ipc, j-std-001, microscope assembly, magnifiers, soldering
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
- Must hold a valid IPC-J-STD-001 certification or recently expired (2-3 years maximum).
- Must have a recent experience with SMT component hand soldering down to size 0402 metric
- Min 3 years of experience as Electronic Assembly Technician
- Exp in soldering surface mounted components down to 0201 size
- Exp in working with microscope or magnifiers
