Individuals hired for these role are responsible for working each weekend shifts they were hired to fulfill. These Care Team members will be able to work with all levels of care.

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Caregivers to provide direct support and care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

The Care Team is dedicated to supporting and assisting clients in their homes, delivering non-medical, high-quality, and compassionate care. This includes:

• Assisting with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assisting with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) such as light housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging with the client
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:
Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or similar settings is preferred
Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
Ability to perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ability to assist individuals accordingly
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals and their families
Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires frequent bending and could include driving. Candidate must be proficient in communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs.

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour/weekends
