Position Title: SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant

Job Summary: As a SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP RE-FX solutions to manage real estate portfolios and lease contracts within the SAP ecosystem. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and utilization of SAP RE-FX.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for real estate management, lease accounting, and property portfolio optimization.
• Design and implement SAP RE-FX solutions to meet business needs, including lease contract management, space management, rental billing, and financial reporting.
• Configure SAP RE-FX modules, including Contracts, Master Data, Rental Objects, and Financials, to support business processes and compliance requirements.
• Customize and extend standard SAP RE-FX functionality using SAP tools and technologies, such as ABAP, BRFplus, and SAP Fiori.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate end-users and stakeholders on SAP RE-FX functionality and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients for SAP RE-FX-related issues and inquiries, resolving incidents and addressing change requests as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to integrate SAP RE-FX with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Stay informed about updates, new features, and industry trends in SAP RE-FX and real estate management, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Contribute to project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module, including implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of real estate management principles, lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842), and property portfolio optimization strategies.
• Experience with SAP tools and technologies, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• SAP certification in Real Estate Management (RE-FX) is desirable.
