The next teammate for this role will be well coached to have a strong command of the company’s customer service philosophy, be well-trained in product knowledge but most of all, bring an energy and positivity that will be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

• Answers incoming customer calls regarding service needed, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
• Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning all clients into repeat customers
• On and Off Sight training on a weekly basis
• Interact with the service teams who get to help those customers you book!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $37,440.00 - $49,920.00 per year
