Army National Guard Units is Hiring a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (AIRCRAFT) (TITLE 32) Near Whiteman AFB, MO
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a GS-1152-09 PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (AIRCRAFT) (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1064000 in SPMD 4621 and is part of the MO Army Aviation Support Facility Whiteman AFB.
APPOINTMENT FACTORS: This is a HARD TO FILL Indefinite/Permanent (may retain current tenure if on-board) Excepted Service position. This is a bargaining position. SEE NOTES UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT BELOW.
Qualifications:
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Selected candidate will be required to be in a compatible military assignment prior to effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment.
Enlisted - CMF 15; MOS 92A, 94E, or 94R
Supervisor must verify that selected individual occupies a compatible military position. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion).
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: General experience, education or training which indicates you can reason in quantitative terms, can express yourself orally and in writing, and understand the terminology and data pertaining to the repair operations and processes characteristic of a production activity.
GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 24 months of specialized experience in production control functions which provided you with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of shop production control, records, references, and techniques for developing production control data. Experience assisting or maintaining workflow by identifying problem areas in work delays or stoppages, and scheduling workflow in more than one area; and was responsible for coordinating products or materials from support activities.
THIS IS A HARD TO FILL POSITION; INDIVIDUALS WHOSE APPLICATION FOR THIS POSITION WOULD RESULT IN A CHANGE TO LOWER GRADE WILL BE ENTITLED TO PAY RETENTION.
