Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating stock as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
