Job Title: Logistics Account Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Location: Office base: Kernersville, NC

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new customer business and expanding existing accounts in the logistics industry. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the logistics industry to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and build professional relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation modes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,350.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Commission only
• Uncapped commission
