Loss Prevention Investigator
Primary Responsibilities: Protecting the assets of the client by detecting and when possible safely apprehending individuals attempting to deprive the client of merchandise in accordance with company policy. Effectively investigate loss in order to case build and prosecute when the appropriate criteria are met. Effectively maintain an undercover presence at your assigned location.
Requirements:
All Loss Prevention Investigators must be professional, able to work independently, possess sound judgement under pressure and have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. LPI's will work closely with their LP Manager and Store Management to increase Loss Prevention awareness through partnership and maintaining operational excellence while minimizing loss.

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and customers through proactive surveillance and risk mitigation strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular surveillance of premises to detect and deter suspicious activities
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and other criminal activities
- Respond to alarms and security incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies for criminal investigations when necessary
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and preventive measures taken
- Utilize CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities in real-time
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in law enforcement or security-related roles is preferred
- Proficiency in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Knowledge of surveillance methods and loss prevention strategies
- Possession of relevant certificates or training in security, loss prevention, or related fields
- Strong skills in report writing and documentation
- Familiarity with criminal investigation procedures
