Job Summary:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Scheduler to join our team. As an Operations Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling all products in manufacturing, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in manufacturing scheduling, data analysis and business intelligence will contribute to the success of our organization.
Duties:
- Analyze scheduling processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create manufacturing schedules for all products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Utilize tools such as Quick Books and Excel to support data-driven decision-making
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational excellence
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field for us in a Manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in operations analysis & scheduling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
