Summary:
Personal Bankers are enthusiastic/self-motivated individuals with proven success at delivering solutions that help our clients achieve financial freedom and peace of mind. Personal Bankers achieve this vision by building professional relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs, to deliver valuable products and services to meet those needs and to complete the account opening process accurately. Successful Personal Bankers are enthusiastic about delivering an excellent client experience; understanding and promoting bank products and services to individuals and companies; conducting accurate banking transactions in a fast-paced environment and working with a team to achieve individual and group goals.

Position pays a minimum of $16.50. There is a pay increase of $1.00 after 6 months of employment, an increase of $.50 an hour after the 1st year of employment, and eligibility for a merit increases at 18 months. This position is eligible for additional incentive compensation monthly, based on achievement of established incentive goals. The monthly average incentive can range from $0 if no goals are met to $300 if goals are exceeded. Quarterly incentive up to $1,000 and annual incentive up to $2,000. Position will remain open until a qualified applicant is hired.

Physical Requirements:
The work environment is typical of standard office and retail banking settings. The position is medium work, exerting up to 35 pounds of force occasionally, and worker may sit, including for client meetings and computer work, but worker will frequently stand or make one's way throughout different areas of banking center and when conducting outside sales activities. Standing and making one's way may be required for sustained periods of time for moving from one work site to another both inside and outside the banking center and for conducting banking transactions. Reaching may be required involving extending arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone will be used, requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard or keypad. Visual ability to read a computer screen or written documents is necessary. Speaking ability to express or exchange ideas; impart oral information to clients, staff, or to the public; or convey detailed or important spoken instructions by means of the spoken word is required. Hearing is necessary to receive detailed information through oral communication.
