DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES DRIVE RESULTS ▪ Ensure inventory objectives are consistently achieved, including timely replenishment and markdown execution to support sales plans ▪ Execute strategies to maximize store sales and create action plans to meet commercial objectives ▪ Provide input into inventory strategy based on local needs to support sales ▪ Maintain an active leadership presence on sales floor and inspiring a strong sales culture, on an as needed basis ▪ Advise General Manager on new arrivals and product opportunities to optimize sales performance ▪ Ensure the replenishment systems are followed and the store standard expectations are consistently met EXCELLENCE IN CLIENT EXPERIENCE ▪ Maintain an organized stock room to ensure ease in locating product to support a smooth client experience ▪ Support Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to ensure reachability expectations are met ▪ Ensure Stock team is supporting a client centric sales experience that is representative of the brand and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. Conversion and UPT targets ▪ Ensure strong execution of OMNI channel, client initiatives (CRM) and charge sends TALENT MANAGEMENT ▪ Responsible for maintaining a positive and energetic team culture, with a high performing stock team ▪ Responsible for all Inventory Management, POS (Point-of-Sales) and other Operational training programs, including OMNI Channel processes, Receiving/Transfers, etc. ▪ Motivate team through positive feedback and celebrates individual/team accomplishments ▪ Maintain a frequent cadence for reviewing associate performance and take thoughtful action to quickly hold associates accountable in partnership with the General Manager. VISUAL ▪ Support visual merchandising and presentation to reflect brand standards and compliance to directives ▪ Support the execution of all corporate merchandising directives ▪ Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean and organized and reflects the correct visual image ▪ Manage an easy to navigate BOH ensuring compliance with safety standards ▪ Responsible for communicating all inbound styles to team Job Description | Merchandise Flow Manager Page 2 of 2 OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE ▪ Act as in-store Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for back of house matters; and accountable for achieving Inventory targets ▪ Ensure proper and efficient maintenance of all back of house systems inclusive of receiving stock shipments, transfers, markdowns and handling of damaged/defective merchandise ▪ Manage stock capacity in partnership with General Manager and Logistics ▪ Coordinate and facilitate completion and reconciliation of all inventory and cycle counts ▪ Accountable for accurate inventory management records and resolution of discrepancies (i.e. negative on-hands) in a timely basis ▪ Ensure the compliance of all company policies and procedures
