Summary:
The Channel Manager (CM) will support clients in the administration and management of core supply chain execution business processes related to the client's inbound logistics channel. The CM will become intimate with client core business processes, gaining knowledge of the client's supply chain by establishing working relationships with business partners both internally and externally. Channel Managers are expected to monitor Armada's suite of supply chain visibility tools to participate in workflow completion, client data maintenance and various lane performance reports. It will be expected that this role will proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of processes under management and improve process efficiencies, working with the client to leverage existing tools, and/or recommend new business practices and tools necessary to achieve client supply chain objectives.
