RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hardware support
• Perform research and develop problem resolution techniques
• Desktop performance review/remediation
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 issues
• Laptop/desktop imaging and deployment
• Manage workstations through remote management tools
• Support questions related to VPN connectivity
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Requirement

• Either:
• Enrollment in a technical school or 4-year college working towards a degree in a field related to computer technology.
• Proven knowledge of desktop technology and Microsoft Office
• The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customers will be critical.

• Demonstrated ability to build or repair desktops and laptops is preferred.

• Proven ability to work well independently and with little supervision.
