Job Description:

The ARM Group is looking to hire a Production Supervisor - Pressure Casting for one of our clients in the Greater Charleston, SC Area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Establish departmental policies and procedures, coordinate activities, and supervise staff.

· Drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals while maintaining effective employee relations.

· Manage daily shift manufacturing assignments and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

· Implement job rotation schedules and cross-train employees to meet production requirements.

· Resolve technical and personnel issues, facilitate problem-solving, and remove obstacles to production.

· Complete shift labor edits accurately and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years of related experience.

· Previous High-Pressure Casting experience and understanding of the casting process.

· Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

· Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic functions.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

· Hands-on approach, ability to prioritize tasks, and handle conflict resolution.

· Flexibility to work the 2nd or 3rd shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Experience:

· Die Maintenance: 1 Year (Preferred)

· High-Pressure Casting: 4 Years (Required)

· Supervising: 4 Years (Required)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
