Your Role:

• Act as the first line of support for technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person, specifically for our line of business applications.
• Provide crucial remote support to employees on construction job sites and remote offices.
• Collaborate with HR and management to ensure the seamless onboarding of new employees with the necessary IT equipment and software.
• Manage all facets of our computer asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.
• Engage in systems maintenance and contribute to our knowledge base with troubleshooting articles.
• Facilitate software installations and manage IT support ticketing system to ensure efficient resolution processes.
• Uphold our company’s professional standards in all interactions, demonstrating respect, efficiency, and a customer-first attitude.

Field Services Include:

• Network setup and support at construction job sites.
• Coordination with ISPs and project leaders to ensure reliable internet connectivity at job sites.
• Serve as the primary contact for field office IT support.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent, with 1-3 years in a desktop/network support role within Microsoft/Windows environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft/Windows, with advanced knowledge in Windows and Office. iPad and iPhone experience a bonus.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle competing deadlines and maintain calm under pressure.
• Stellar communication skills, with the ability to work well both in a team and independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, with a professional demeanor in dress, communication, and etiquette.

Physical & Visual Activities:

• Ability to navigate various work environments, including offices and construction sites.
• Manual dexterity for computer and hardware operations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely and comfortably.
