No local competition. Anticipated first year volume of 150 cases with a mix of 70% spine, 30% cranial. Call schedule 1 in 3

• Currently there are 2 Neurosurgeons, one who has 25 years of experience who will be scaling back dramatically (maybe just doing call as an IC), and one with about 3-5 years of experience who has been here about a year. They both have dedicated NPs. They have a great practice manager and operational director who are organized and helpful.

Compensation Details

$30K sign on bonus Up to $15K relocation PTO – 20 days plus 7 days holiday $7K CME allowance $1300/day for excess call RVU Threshold 10,916 Comp per excess RVU is $82.45
