Arlington Auto Sales required one excellent person to join our team. We are one of Jacksonville's oldest independent auto dealers with over 45 years at the same location.

We specialize in commercial vehicles. Therefore this positions is less 'car salesman' and more office manager/sales facilitator.

Job functions are:

-Receive payments from existing customers in-person and over the phone. Provide customer service as needed

-Set sales appointments for new customers and service appointments for existing customers

-Execute sales paperwork and submit finished paperwork to the DMV for processing; also correct error for re-submission of paperwork.

We are a small family business so a good personality is a must. Also need above-average computer skills (MS Office, Email, Scanning/printing); we will train to use our dealer managment software (Frazer).

Salary is flat rate with an opportunity for commission and performance bonuses. Starting pay will be commiserate with experience/qualifications.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
