Day in the Life
Our dispatchers connect our technicians to our customers. Customer care is our top priority our dispatch team evaluate every customer call and match them to the best technician to make their house a happy house. Our technicians rely on this team to ensure they have everything they need from the office to be set up for success before and after each call. Everyday is a new challenge in this role and has a direct impact on customer satisifaction, technician’s daily work, and the companies profitability.
