The Cultivation Technician will assist the cultivation management team with all tasks associated with the daily maintenance and production of a medicinal cannabis crop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and the ability to interact positively and effectively in a team environment.
Cultivation Technicians must maintain excellent personal hygiene, work space cleanliness, and quality control measures to ensure a high quality product in accordance with the state and company standards.
Job Description:
● Responsible for daily plant maintenance: Environmental monitoring, irrigation,nutrition management, insect scouting, pruning, topping, training
● Assists with the propagation and movement of plants and plant material: cloning, seed germination, transplanting
● Assists with the harvesting of biomass for transfer to the processing team
● Maintains clean and organized work environment
● Completes tasks in a timely and efficient manner according to company SOPs
● Complies with DPH and industry standards set forth by the state of Massachusetts
● Provides feedback to management team to improve processes and core functions

● Strong work ethic & willingness to take instruction. The position therefore does not require prior cultivation experience. An extra commitment to receiving on-the-job training from the Cultivation Manager or Team Lead, to support sustainable and efficient production practices in our cultivation facility setting.
Working Conditions:
● While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, stooping and repetitive motions. This
position also requires working in warm and humid conditions. You must be able to work autonomously given instructions.
Physical Requirements:
● This position is full-time. The individual will work a minimum of 40 hours on site. This position is VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. You must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds, may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
● Submit to a Federal and State background check
● Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (rotating weekend schedule, every other weekend)
