Arkansas Talent Group is proud to partner with a large Hospital in Little Rock to help them identify a Decision Support Analyst for their FP&A Department. This is a newly created position due to growth and will work with an amazing team. Very strong work life balance and growth opportunity!
Duties:
- Work on a variety of different projects within the organization to eventually become a subject matter expert for several areas
- Supports the Decision Support team to identify improvements to the financial performance of the organization and various departments
- Build and analyze KPIs for various department heads
- Maintain, analyze and improve the cost accounting system
- Develop and review reporting financial statistics
- Reporting and reviewing profitability of various services and departments
- Identify financial variations
- Assist management with financial planning including forecasting and budgeting
- Assisting with capital management of the organization
- Spotting and reviewing trends in labor management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business, preferrable Accounting or Finance
- 1-4 years of Financial / Data Analysis
- Eager to learn and problem solve
- Strong technical software background- Excel & SQL
- Strong communication and presentation skills
