The Role:
The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is the critical first line manager responsible for implementing Alani Nu / PRIME's field marketing program in a specific market. The FMS is responsible for at least three to four (3-4) Field Marketing Ambassadors in each market, and is accountable for all facets of their management, including recruiting, onboarding, planning, motivation and day-to-day administration. In addition, the FMS also provides oversight of the market’s collegiate ambassador program and support of relevant, local market event opportunities.
The Field Marketing Specialist must be based near Bentonville, Arkansas or Tulsa, Oklahoma and will be responsible for a territory up to a 200-mile radius from Northwest Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategy to drive customer engagement and sales growth in the region and at surrounding college towns in both states. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop programs that drive awareness of Alani Nu and PRIME in Arkansas and Oklahoma, establishing new loyal customer bases in the region.
Note: The ideal candidate will be currently located in or around Tulsa, Oklahoma, or Bentonville, Arkansas. While we would prefer someone who has field marketing in their background, it is most important that you have experience with sales or marketing within a beverage company.
