Summary :

The operator is responsible primarily for answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate department and / or person.

Other information :

• HS Diploma and / or GED Equivalent
• Previous clinic experience preferred
• Excellent customer service / interpersonal communication skills
• Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
