Qualifications

• Outstanding communication capabilities
• Superior problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• A professional and upbeat attitude
• The capacity to effectively deal with customer complaints
• Familiarity with 3rd party financing is advantageous
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Dental experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide the patient with treatment plan details and financial estimates for all prescribed treatments
• Plan and book patient appointments; reschedule missed appointments and contact patients who have not completed treatments
• Coordinate doctor and hygiene schedules to optimize usage of appointment times
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective management of daily patient flow and convey important information to the proper individuals
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and help facilitate pre-authorization
• Maintain good communication and relations with the doctor and encourage team spirit via professional behavior
• Process check-out procedure for patients
• Receive and return incoming calls from/to patients
• Abide by confidentiality policy, and state, federal, or HIPAA laws in regard to patient records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
