Arkansas Center for Data Sciences is Hiring a Remote Business Analyst

Arkansas Center for Data Sciences (ACDS) is helping Porter hire a Business Analystin Bentonville, AR. 

About the Employer:

Driven by robust AI analytics, Porter’s Care Guide team helps the member navigate the healthcare delivery system, secures the right support for each member’s specific needs, and directs Porter’s team of expert clinicians to perform comprehensive in-home assessments, complete with lab and diagnostic testing. By coordinating the complexities of each unique care journey, Porter helps close the gaps with the largest impact on quality measures, total cost of care, risk adjustment, and member experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for working across the organization to capture product features and detailed requirements.
  • Ability to translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories, including acceptance criteria and negative scenarios.
  • Responsible for identifying technology process optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate User Story reviews with the UX and Technical team to determine feasibility and feature options.
  • Develop Feature ROI that will be used to determine value and feature prioritization.
  • Work with the business and technical teams to prioritize features and bugs.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off with Business stakeholders.
  • Create product road maps and business-friendly release notes.
  • Create reports and metrics that illustrate burndown and commit to completion.
  • Provide thought leadership on ways to improve IT and Business processes.
What does a successful candidate look like?
  • 3 years’ experience working in an agile environment, capturing requirements, and developing ready-for-development user stories.
  • Strong product management experience and Business Analyst skills with experience in all phases of SDLC and agile methodology.
  • Experience working in a Dev/Ops tool such as Azure Dev/Ops.
  • Experience with EHR, CRM, and Digital Platforms a plus.
  • Healthcare Experience preferred.
  • Competent in expectations management and prioritizing workload to meet client timelines.
  • Must be able to contribute towards UI/UX design, Integrations, and configurations.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and business teams.
  • Experience in using Figma, PPT, Word, and Excel.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite at office as needed in Bentonville, AR
