About the position: As a Sales Associate with Arkana, you will aid in the development of clients by delivering our message through direct contact with physicians and their office staff. Primary duties are face-to-face selling as well as creation of a sales plan including short- and long-term goals as well as prospect lists. Sales strategy will consist of letters, phone calls, visits, tradeshows, and follow-up.
What you'll do:
Generate leads.
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
- Onboard new clients after closing deal
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understand and promote company programs
- Maintain client records in Salesforce
What you'll need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
Experience: At least two years' experience in sales.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and Excel skills required. Strong computer skills required.
Other Requirements: A commitment to excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills and superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
The Sales Assoicate position is onsite at the office in Little Rock, AR Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Frequent travel is required for this position.
