Must be well-versed in writing Scala architecture on OS X and AWS (Amazon Web Services), as well as Java and Clojure. Must have a strong understanding of data modeling in both Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and Representational State Transfer (REST).My client is currently building a cloud-based analytics platform using open source and SaaS tools--should have experience with Apache Kafka and Samza.
