Hybrid Role
The Project Leader is the primary point of contact for the individuals working for the client. The Project Leader will lead, coordinate, and direct the long-term client relationship, to become the client’s trusted advisor. They are expected to lead and direct the work of others to ensure client expectations are being met.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for all management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate with clients regarding any issues on projects
• Understand client needs and meet their expectations

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Good communication skills, especially with respect to motivating employees
