Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and general labor duties. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties: - Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing fixtures, and siding - Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and stone installation - Assist with CNC operations for precision cutting and shaping of materials - Complete metal stud framing for construction projects - Conduct mold remediation and ensure proper disposal of contaminated materials - Assist with plumbing tasks as needed - Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Proven experience in carpentry and general labor duties - Knowledge of restoration techniques and best practices - Proficiency in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone installation - Familiarity with CNC operations for precision cutting and shaping of materials - Experience with metal stud framing for construction projects - Ability to perform mold remediation tasks safely and effectively - Basic plumbing skills are a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects as required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
