Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Repair equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot logic controllers and electrical systems
- Interpret schematics and blueprints for maintenance purposes

Skills:

- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Experience with Customer service to address maintenance requests promptly
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting automation systems

-Knowledge of pool maintenance

-Knowledge of HVAC/PTAC units
