JOB DESCRIPTION
Breakfast Attendant

Reports To: General Manager
Prepared By: Ark Hospitality

SUMMARY:

In an effort and in a manner which furthers HDG Hotel’s Vision, Mission and Values, this position is primarily responsible for creating a lasting impression on guests with whom they interact in the dining and other areas of an ARK Hospitality Hotel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepare and serve food in a timely manner according to brand and health standards.

Greet all guests in a welcoming manner in common areas.

Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen.

Maintain food inventory.

Order and receive food into inventory.

Able to work well with others.

Willing to help in other areas of the hotel if needed.

ATTENDANCE:

Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Less than high school education.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision.

Pay: $11.50 per hour

Shift:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Franklin, KY 42134: Relocate before starting work (Required)
