• Maintain wet lab reagents and consumables inventory.
• Extract nucleic acids using basic protocols. Perform quality control with different instruments and methods.
• Prepare sequencing libraries for long- and short-read sequencing platforms and execute other molecular biology lab protocols.
• Maintain detailed records, summarize the results in reports.
• Interact with, and train other researchers and contribute to an overall productive scientific and personal environment.
