Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement and track project plans and design, including monitoring project scope, schedule, timeline, deliverables, identifying and reporting issues (e.g., overrunning budget, scope changes, timeline problems) and performing research and analysis
Develop and maintain the Project Schedule
Actively track each aspect of the project performance and adhere to the project schedule
Assist with the writing and submission of project reports to sponsor
Maintain standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
Assist PI with project budgets, tracking and approving of grant expenditures and financial reporting
Develop and foster relationships and coordinate with community and university partners to ensure achievement of project outcomes
Provide updates on the status, issues, key activities, and any changes regarding stakeholders
Assist with the development and maintenance of content for the project website
Assist with the development of outreach materials as needed for the project
Assist PI with daily schedule and the scheduling of project meetings
Serve as official note taker during meetings
Assist with approvals of time reporting of grant funded positions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to lead project teams to meet and exceed project goals and to use dynamic leadership styles to influence the work of others
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals
Ability to keep accurate notes and records pertaining to meetings and projects
Ability to maintain accurate time reporting for site coordinators, lab managers, and student developers and report bi-weekly to the PI
Ability to manage multiple timelines and project deliverables
