Responsible for ensuring college recruitment process is in compliance with UA policies and manages day-to-day activities related to recruitment. Assists supervisors with the recruitment process by helping draft job description, posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial applicant screenings. Coordinate new employee on boarding, including in-person and virtual trainings. Track and disposition job postings in UA Talent. Facilitate the completion of required paperwork and orientations. Serve as an advisor on faculty and staff search committees.
Process transactions in UAccess Employees. This includes setting up a new position, update funding sources, supplemental compensation, other professional services payment, GA appointments, hourly student workers, off-cycle payment, retro pay, job changes, and terminations, etc..
Assists with the various aspects of biweekly payroll. Ensuring accurate reporting of regular wages, salary, leave and overtime reporting.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel policies, benefits, and procedures. Facilitate communication between employees and UAHS Central HR staff, providing timely and accurate information.
Maintain and updates personnel database, employee files, and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance services.
