- Reconcile monthly airfare for all teams, coaches, and staff.
- Post balances and close subsidiary ledgers.
- Analyze and verify internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of account documents and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare business office documents including disbursement vouchers, purchase orders, reimbursements, p-card transactions, etc.
- Guide and assist internal customers with non-routine questions that require interpretation of complex policies and requirements such as issues involving their accounts.
- Assist teams, coaches, and staff with restrictions on account usage and University purchasing policy restrictions.
- Assist teams, coaches and staff with reporting and account expenditure questions.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
