Customer Service:

• Provide day-to-day support for all aspects of the University’s access control system.
• Create and deliver timely and professional responses to customer inquiries or concerns in person, via email, or by telephone.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement customer solutions from acknowledgment to resolution.
• Assist and support supervisor with customer related tasks by consistently meeting and exceeding customer quality and productivity standards.
• Meet established department performance standards regarding product knowledge, systems, and operations.

Coordinate Contractor Work:

• Initiate and facilitate communication between customers, project managers, and contractors.
• Coordinate with security contractor on progress of existing and new projects/jobs through completion.

Project Management:

• Serve as a primary resource for identifying and communicating departmental issues.
• Assist supervisor in creating design drawings.
• Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details or inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
• Identify areas of improvement by analysis based on the patterns, frequency, and complexity of support issues to create efficiency.
