Volunteer Position

• Ability to work outside in potentially harsh conditions.
• Courtesy Patroller must have proper attire to safely and effectively navigate and stay warm in snowy conditions, these include but are not limited to; Ski or snowboard equipment, warm winter jacket, gloves, hat, waterproof or resistant pants.
• Knowledge of all Arizona Snowbowl facilities and services. 
• Assist Patrol in providing a safe ski/ride environment.
• Effective communication skills. Well refined customer service skills while interacting with diverse guests and their needs. This includes the ability to greet every guest with a smile and answer their questions accurately and courteously.
• Must have good observational and awareness skills.
• Familiarity and compliance with the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook.
• Must have strong intermediate ski/riding skills.
• Learn Radio protocols and procedures.
• Must be able to commit to 5 or more 5 hour shifts per month.
