Looking to hire a long term, trustworthy, communicative, team-oriented Courtesy Patrol Agent for a night shift position.
Looking for a punctual and motivated for success individual with good customer service and a positive, outgoing, friendly attitude.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
(spanish is a plus)
The ability to apply time management and organizational skills
Vigilant and watchful managing large and small scale patrols of properties.
Highly observant and strong attention to detail assessing suspicious situations and individuals.
Ability to respond appropriately with excellent problem-solving abilities and de-escalation techniques.
Ability to carry out instructions effectively while conducting patrols and monitoring multiple properties.
Good report writing, recordkeeping and multitasking abilities.
Ability to use a smart phone and navigate through apps.
Ability to walk multiple hours
Have a drivers license with a clean 3 year MVD report.
