collect, proof for completeness, and file patient forms; update demographics and insurance information in the system; collect co-pays and balances.
Answer, screen, and respond to routine questions. Complete patient check-in and out process after examination; schedule returning appointments in accordance with physician and / or office guidelines.
Record patient cancellations and missed appointments; reschedule appointments; notify appropriate staff of the cancellation and make note in patient chart.
Provide general administrative support. Qualifications This position allows for all levels of experience. Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.
