Plastic Surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a experienced friendly front desk receptionist.

Description

We are excited to offer a front office position for a busy plastic surgery practice.

The main office is located in Scottsdale and there is a satellite office in Peoria on Thursday mornings.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Greeting patients

- Check-in and Check-out patients, collecting copayments

- Scheduling appointments

- Obtaining required referrals, authorizations, and insurance benefits and eligibility

- Obtaining, sending out, and filing confidential medical records

- Answering and directing phone calls

- Coordinating patient and insurance payment batches with off-site billing department.

- Cross training to other areas as required

Qualifications and Skills

- One year medical office experience.

- Medical insurance knowledge/experience required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
