Arizona Jr/Sr High School is Hiring an Outreach Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting our organization with the community and promoting our programs and services. Your main responsibilities will include student enrollment, parent and student communication, local travel and community outreach. If you are a motivated individual with a strong background in High School Education, Enrollment, and Community Networking, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders
- Traveling to outlying areas for student recruitment for AZ Jr/Sr High School.

- Picking up and dropping off student packets in a central location or student place of residence.
- Demonstrate skill on a variety of computer applications, including word processing, database, spreadsheets, and academic platforms.

- Conduct the enrollment process for new and returning students

- Any duties as needed and as directed by their supervisor

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively market programs and services to diverse populations
- Ability to recruit and engage individuals from various backgrounds

Additional Duties:

1. Meet with parents and/or guardians to discuss their student’s progress.

2. Tutoring provided to students within the outlying areas.

3. Enforce all policies and rules for all students.

4. Completing any additional duties in a timely manner.

5. Travel up to 60-70%

Qualifications:

1. Minimum High School Diploma or GED or

2. Preferred Associated Degree in Business or Marketing or related field from an accredited institution.

3. Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

4. Ability to work independently with all levels of community members.

5. Previous experience in an educational field or business field.

6. Excellent communication and writing skills.

7. Bilingual highly preferred.

Physical Abilities:

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
