Arizona Home Floors is the industry leader in dust-free tile removal. With our revolutionary DustRam equipment, we are able to capture 99.7% of dust expelled during the flooring removal process. Team members will have the wonderful opportunity to learn how to operate this ground-breaking, patented technology. We are in need of a team member that will follow our procedures in order to ensure that the process is completely dust-free. You will remove tile, dispose of debris, and grind concrete - all with innovative equipment that captures dust like nothing else on the market.
Job Responsibilities:
— Chip tile using DustRam
— Rubble (collect debris) using DustRam attachments, and transport debris to outdoor dumpster or company-owned dump trailer
— Grind concrete using DustRam attachment
— Drive dump trailer to dumping facility to dispose of debris after job is completed
— Repair equipment
— Adhere to guidance provided by lead technician
— Any other assigned duties
Requirements and Skills:
— High school diploma or equivalent
— Preferably construction experience, especially demolition
— Background in flooring install/demo preferred
— Mechanical/electrical background preferred
— Willingness to learn. Ability to absorb new information and apply knowledge
— Great work ethic
— Customer service oriented mind-set - you will be in customer’s homes and may be required to answer questions
— Must have reliable transportation
— Valid driver’s license
— Must be 18 years or older
