Arizona G&T Cooperative's is looking for a Plant Custodian for their Apache Generating Station located in Cochise, AZ. This position will keep the buildings in a clean and orderly condition while having a keen eye for detail and diligence in completing assigned tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months of industrial janitorial work is desired. Must be detail oriented, courteous, and the ability to work as a team or independently.

Candidates should also have previous cleaning and customer service experience.

Cleans and maintains company facilities including, but not limited to, washrooms, meeting rooms, offices, carpet and flooring, furniture, walls, toilets, etc.

• Works as part of a team to carry out cleaning tasks to ensure compliance.
• Ensures the completion of assigned cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Performs additional or special cleaning assignments as directed.
• Identifies appropriate cleaning materials and products to sanitize areas.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and scrubs floors. Removes trash and replaces liners. Cleans walls and glass areas when required.

Cleans restrooms, kitchen, break rooms, and office areas.

Mixes water and detergents (cleaning products) in containers per specifications on container.
