Arizona Family Health Services LLC is Hiring a Direct Caregiver Near Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule Needed

Male Caregiver Preferred

Mon- Fri 3pm-8pm

Saturday or Sunday 5hr shift depending on clients needs

Duties include but are not limited to socializing, taking people to the community and activities, activities of daily living (ADL), working on home based goals etc.

It is a fun and rewarding career. Direct Care Workers have the flexibility to schedule around college classes so you can earn a degree while working in the field of healthcare!

Provider must have reliable transportation.

Requirements: All certifications need to be obtained prior to working!
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to pass a criminal history background check & a CPS check.
Valid AZ Driver's License is REQUIRED.
24 month motor vehicle record is required as well as auto insurance and current registration.
Must have 3 non-family references.
Must be able to obtain Fingerprint Card
First Aid /CPR
Article 9

Training can be provided and pay for by the company.

Direct Care Worker Job Type:
Part-time but in most cases can offer up to 40 hours per week.

Ideal direct care worker candidates will possess a strong desire to help others and make a difference in the lives of people who cannot adequately speak for themselves. You are to care for children and adults with developmental disabilities such as autism or Down Syndrome.

Qualified applicants must have at least three months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and either previous Rehabilitation/Attendant Care experience (is a plus), nursing, or teaching experience.
